Terms & Conditions

Refunds and Fees Policy: 

  • I understand no refunds will be given after the first class; credits for future sessions are at the discretion of Sweet Sounds Music Together. 
  • I understand a 100% refund or class credit will be given to me if my class is canceled due to insufficient registration and an alternate class is not open.
  • I understand that the $25 new family registration fees apply to ALL families who are new to Sweet Sounds Music Together. The $25 new family fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • I agree to pay a $15 late payment fee will be if I have not paid my tuition by the second class meeting.
  • I understand there is a $30 fee for returned checks. 
  • Visitors: I understand that non-enrolled siblings may attend once during a session; after that, I will pay a $15 class participation fee for any "drop-ins" for that non-enrolled sibling. If I have a friend who would like to be a guest for a day in the class, I will have them register for a free demo. 
  • Materials: In the event I am granted a refund, I understand my class materials must be returned within one week, unopened and in pristine condition (e.g., Books and CDs in original plastic shrink wrap, etc.) or a $45 materials fee will be deducted from my refund.

Sick Policy:

If I or my child is showing signs of any contagious illness, I will not come to class. If I do, I may be asked to leave.

Make-Up Policy:

I understand that it is up to me to schedule my make-up classes within the current session. I understand that while I'm allowed up to two make-up class per session (one make-up for Summer Session), they are not guaranteed and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Sweet Sounds Music Together does its best to accommodate all make-up class requests; however, it is my responsibility to register for a make-up class that works with my schedule. If I do not use my make-up classes within a session, they are forfeited; they do not carry over to future sessions. 

Safety Policy:

I accept responsibility for my safety and the safety of my child(ren) at the class location before, during and after Sweet Sounds Music Together classes. Sweet Sounds Music Together reserves the right to dismiss a family when, in the sole discretion of Sweet Sounds Music Together, the family cannot be served with safety and with respect for the rights of other class members. Dismissal will be accompanied by a prorated refund for the remainder of the semester less the semester's registration fee.

Waiver:

I understand that the facilities in which the Music Together® classes are held are not solely used by Music Together and other organizations may use these facilities before or after our class. I agree to waive any liability of Music Together® , Sweet Sounds Music Together, and its staff and teachers, for all claims for personal injury or property damage that may arise from use of the facilities before, during and after Sweet Sounds Music Together classes.


Media Release:

 

I give permission for photographs and videos of myself and my children to be published in print as well as online. I will notify the Center Director and my teacher if I do not want my child to be photographed and/or if I do not want his/her/my picture to be used in print or online.
